ETHOS DIVE LLC REFUND POLICY

NO EXCEPTIONS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
This is part of all bookings and will be approved by all customers or no money will be taken and booking service will be denied.

"I understand that Ethos Dive LLC operates under strict financial commitments to Mexican dive operators, boat captains, and hotels. By booking, I accept that deposits and late cancellations are non-refundable to offset these sunk costs. I will not initiate credit card chargebacks for forfeited payments, as I agree this policy supersedes generic merchant terms."
1. Deposit Requirement
YOUR BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER MOST CIRCUMSTANCES. REVIEW THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
A. Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
This deposit is forfeited entirely if you cancel for any reason. These funds are used to pay local dive masters captains and securing your spot. By booking these funds are non returnable under any circumstance.
B. Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before your service date.
No dive, course, or accommodation will be provided without full payment.

> 48 Hours Before Service - Deposit (50%) - Contact management by phone for possible availability of a reschedule otherwise it is FORFEITED
• Balance (50%): May qualify for 50% refund (bank transfer only) if management approves the refund. First option is a rescheduling request sent to support@ethosdiveacademy.com

< 48 Hours Before Service - 100% FORFEITED (No refund, no reschedule) Call The Office to notify them they may have another option.
No-Show / Late Arrival• 100% FORFEITED (Boats/guides depart on time)
CANCELLATIONS BY ETHOS DIVE

Weather/Port Closure/Safety/Operational Issues: We will offer rescheduling or a future credit (valid 12 months). No cash refunds.

Force Majeure (Hurricanes, Pandemics, etc.): Rescheduling or credit only. No cash refunds guaranteed.
SPECIAL CASES
G.I. Bill / Skillbridge Payments:

• ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments are final. Participants must seek reimbursement through their program administrator.

Medical/Health Denials:
NO REFUND if denied participation due to:

Failure to provide medical clearance

Suspected intoxication

Inadequate skills/certification proof

Unsafe gear
CHANGE REQUESTS

Deadline: Must request > 48 hours before service via support@ethosdiveacademy.com.

Approval: Subject to management discretion + fees may apply. Default = No changes permitted.
REFUND PROCESS

Method: Approved refunds issued via bank transfer or Credit Card reversals when permitted by management . Absolutely NO CASH under any circumstances.
